Books hold a special place in my heart and my earliest memories of experiencing art were the picture books read to me. I still feel the excitement of discovery that I did as a child looking at books and I love the intimacy of the book as an art form. I have created books for over a decade as part of my art practice. My artist's books take many different forms; printed, stitched, painted, cut, glued and folded. Some of the work is meant to be read or function as containers for collections, while others are transformed into sculptural forms.
